What is Nekora Kids' Return Policy?
At Nekora Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, you may return any item purchased from Nekora Kids within 24 hours from the date of delivery, provided that the product is defective, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return or replacement due to a defect in the product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video clearly displaying the defect.
Final Decision:
The final decision regarding returns and replacements will rest with the management.

- Returns or replacements will only be considered for defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video displaying the defect is mandatory for processing the return or replacement request.
How Does Return Work?
PICK UP: We offer a free pick-up service. Please contact customer care to request a pickup. During pick-up, our delivery agent may perform a quality check on the returned product. If the product(s) do not pass the quality check, we shall not accept the return. If you choose to return the item due to a mismatch or receipt of a defective item, you will be refunded the full amount. You may also need to re-pack the parcel and attach the shipping label to facilitate a smooth return process.
Exceptions and Rules:
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) to purchase the original item will be considered to calculate the difference in the amount of the original and exchanged item. This amount will either be payable by you or refundable by the website, as the case may be, for an exchange.
- Purchased items cannot be exchanged against a different item.
- Nekora Kids reserves the right to restrict the return of items purchased on its website if a customer breaches or misuses this policy, as determined in Nekora Kids' sole discretion.
- If you have purchased an item that includes a free gift or offer, and you wish to return the main item, you will also need to return the free product.
- Nekora Kids will not be liable for products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or different product is returned by mistake, Nekora Kids will not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.

How Long Will It Take to Receive the Refund for the Returned Product?
Payments made via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallet will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
