Terms & Conditions – Nekora Kids

1. Applicability 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all offers, orders, and sales agreements between Nekora Kids ("we", "our", or "us") and the customer ("you" or "your").

1.2 By purchasing our products or placing an order online or in-store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 Any deviation from these Terms must be agreed upon in writing by Nekora Kids.

1.4 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

1.5 These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.

2. Offers and Orders 2.1 All product listings and prices are subject to change and availability.

2.2 An agreement is only valid once an order is confirmed by Nekora Kids, either via email, invoice, or official receipt.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.4 Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full if payment was already made.

2.5 Products may differ slightly in color due to lighting or screen calibration. Minor variations are not considered defects.

3. Prices and Payments 3.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges may apply and are communicated at checkout or in-store.

3.2 We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash (for offline purchases). COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available depending on location.

4. Delivery 4.1 We deliver products across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on location.

4.2 Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen events will not entitle you to cancel the order or claim damages.

4.3 Title and risk of the products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Fabric/Color Disclaimer 5.1 Some products use digitally printed or handcrafted materials. Slight variations in color or pattern are natural and not covered under defects.

6. Intellectual Property 6.1 All content on our website, including images, logos, product designs, and trademarks, are owned by Nekora Kids or its licensors and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

7. Return & Refund Policy 7.1 Return requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of delivery with video proof showing that the product was received in damaged condition.

7.2 To initiate a return, email us at nekorakids@gmail.com with your order number, video proof, and issue description.

7.3 Approved returns must be shipped back to the address provided by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

7.4 We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or color variation.

8. Warranty 8.1 We do not offer warranties on toys or any other products sold by Nekora Kids.

9. Complaints 9.1 For any issues or feedback, please contact us at nekorakids@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

9.2 We aim to respond and resolve complaints within 10 business days.

10. Force Majeure 10.1 We are not liable for any delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.

11. Legal Jurisdiction 11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
